Red Cabbage Slaw

This slaws secret is to let it marinate in the refrigerator atleast for four hours before serving.

Ingredients:
◦ One small head of red cabbage, sliced thin
◦ Half a cup of fresh grated carrots
◦ The juice of two lemons
◦ 1/4 cup of olive oil
◦ 1 teaspoon of salt
◦ Half a teaspoon of black pepper
◦ One clove of garlic, finally crushed
Directions:
Mix everything thoroughly in a bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid, for atleast 4 hours. Mix before serving and enjoy!
