Boursin Pesto Alfredo

A creamy and flavor packed pasta dish that’ll make you say wow!

Ingredients:
• 1 package garlic and herb flavored Boursin
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream
• 5 oz shredded Parmesan
• 1/2 c pesto
• 1/2 stick of Butter
• 3 tbs olive oil
• 3 chicken breasts cubed
• 3 cups diced mushrooms
• 1 tbs Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 4 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 cups reserved pasta water
• 2 packages of fettuccine cooked
In a large skillet, melt the butter and oil together, add in the chicken and seasonings. Sauté for about 6 minutes, add in the garlic and sauté for another 3 minutes. Next, add in the mushrooms and mix together. Then your going to add in the Boursin cheese, pesto, heavy cream, Parmesan, and reserved pasta water. Let this all simmer together for about 8 minutes. Add in the cooked pasta and enjoy!!!
