Cookwithdena’s Palestinian style Chicken liver

Ingredients:
⁃ 1 pound chicken livers, washed in cold water, drained, dried and cut into bite size pieces.
⁃ 2 onions diced
⁃ 4 cloves garlic sliced optional
⁃ 1 jalapeño chopped optional
⁃ 1/3 olive oil
⁃ 1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
⁃ 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon or salt
⁃ 1/2 tsp seven spice
⁃ 1/2 tsp salt
In a large skillet bring to a sauté the onions, pepper, and oil. When the onions get some color, add in the livers. On high heat, mix together. About two minutes later, the liver should be a grayer color. Leave it on high heat for three more minutes. It’s now ready to eat.
I like to serve chicken livers with hot bread, radishes, cucumbers, green olives, tea….
