
Garlic Sumac Aioli
Serve with the garlic sumac aioli ontop of your favorite cooked fish filets!
Garlic Sumac Aioli:
⁃ 1/2 c Japanese Mayo
⁃ 2 tbs fresh lemon juice
⁃ 1/2 tbs Himalayan salt
⁃ 1 tbs sumac
⁃ 2 tsp olive
⁃ Oil
⁃ 2 cloves crushed garlic
Mix everything well in a bowl, and refrigerate for 30 mins before serving.
serve with the garlic sumac aioli ontop of your favorite cooked fish filets!
