Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

A quick and easy pasta recipe that tastes too good to be true!

Sundried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:
⁃ 3 seasoned chicken breasts seared and sliced and set aside.
⁃ 2 tbs butter
⁃ 2 tbs olive oil
⁃ 3 c sliced mushrooms
⁃ 4 cups baby spinach
⁃ 1 pint heavy whipping cream
⁃ 1/2 c sliced sundried tomatoes and 2 tbs of their oil
⁃ 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
⁃ 3 cloves garlic crushed
⁃ 1 box linguine
⁃ 1 tbs Italian seasoning
⁃ 1 tbs chicken flavored seasoning
In a large skillet brown butter and add in the olive oil. Go ahead and start cooking your pasta because when the sauce is cooked they will be Al dente. Add in the garlic to the butter/oil skillet. Cook on medium high add in the mushrooms and sauté for a minute or two. Then add in the chicken and seasonings. Then add in the spinach and sundried tomatoes as well as their oil. Mix well and then add in the heavy whipping cream at this point the pasta should be ready to add into the sauce. Add directly into the skillet from the pot. Add in 1/2 c pasta water stir together and enjoy!
