Muffins:
1 box of yellow cake mix,
3 eggs,
1 1/3 cup of pumpkin purée,
1/2 c oil,
2 heaping tablespoons of pumpkin spice
10 muffin liners

Pumpkin Creme Cheese Muffins

My version but better of the Starbucks Pumpkin Muffins!

Filling:
1 c cream cheese
4 tbs granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix well and keep in refrigerator till needed.

Preheat your oven to 350.

Mix all the muffin ingredients, and divide into ten lined muffin cups. Then take the filling and spoon a heaping teaspoon into each muffin. Sprinkle raw pumpkin seeds if you like.
Bake in the oven for about 18 mins and let completely cool before eating to the cheese filling can set. If your making this in a loaf pan follow the same recipe and bake temperature for about 50minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean from the cake sides.
