Roasted Lamb Shanks

Prepping this dish is easy but the hardest part is waiting and smelling all the aroma‘s until it’s ready to be eaten.

Ingredients:
    ⁃    6 lamb fore-shanks
    ⁃    1/4 c olive oil
    ⁃    6 tbs balsamic vinegar
    ⁃    2 tsp steak seasoning
    ⁃    1/2 tsp onion powder
    ⁃    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    ⁃    1 tsp salt
    ⁃    1/2 tsp ground cardamom
    ⁃    1/3 c water
Mix everything well together and bake at 450f for 2.5 hours covered tightly with foil. The meat should be fork tender after.
