By Cookwithdena
⁃    2 packages of Eggrolls wrappers
⁃    1 rotisserie chicken taken off the bone and cut. Or 2 pounds of chicken breast roasted and shredded.
⁃    4 small red onions chopped
⁃    1/2 c toasted pine nuts or almonds
    ⁃    3 tbs sumac
    ⁃    1 tsp black pepper
    ⁃    1 tsp allspice powder
    ⁃    1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    ⁃    1/2 tsp onion powder
    ⁃    1 tsp seasoning salt
⁃    1/2 extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
⁃    Sauté the onions in a large pot until they start to caramelize.
⁃    Add in the chicken and seasonings, and once mixed well, remove from heat and add in the pine nuts or almonds.
⁃    Place the Egg-roll wrapper like a diamond on your surface, and put a heaping tbsp towards the bottom. And roll up tucking in the sides as you go. You can use water or a water/flour mix to close the egg rolls.
⁃    On a freezer safe surface, spray lightly with cooking spray so it doesn’t stick. And freeze until solid.
⁃    Remove from freezer and place in a FREEZER safe ziplock bag. And store in the freezer until needed.
⁃    When frying use canola oil, until golden and serve with the dip that I shared
